Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring it is securely packed in the shipping carton to prevent transit damage.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid DHL shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at an authorized collection point; once inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
